A low baller's inquiry on opening an Interactive Broker acc, Buying a QTCO stock, then transfer that stock over to Standard Charter Online Trading, then closing the Interactive Broker acc. ʕ•́ᴥ•̀ʔっ?

Hi :) I am recently interested in a QTCO stock, I tried FSMone, SC Bank but they don't have it :(. However, Interactive brokers do!

So my qn is, is it possible to open an IB account, then buy that QTCO stock, transfer that stock to SCB online trading, then finally closing the Interactive broker account?

I don't mind paying the transfer fees but would not like to maintain and IB acc due to 10USD monthly fees.

Does anyone have any experiences or thoughts on this ? Many thanks! ʕ•́ᴥ•̀ʔっ
