Hi Anon,

I am investing in Endowus in a 100% equities portfolio myself. If we can commit the money long term, similar to how some are advocating an OA to SA transfer, then we should be able to grow our wealth faster than 2.5% or even 4% of SA over an extended period of time (for you 10 years till 55, 20 years till 65)

At that stage, you might already naturally reach FRS from your salary contribution and interest compounding.

The caveat to this is to that you have to invest for the long term, and stay invested. If I have liquidated my CPF portfolio in March this year and not remained invested, I would have made more than 30% loss on my CPF, which you can imagine will take almost 10 years to earn back.

Now I am up by more than 7%. Discipline and consistency is underrated unforunately.

If you 100% sure not going in to touch your OA for 20 year, why not transfer to SA 4% interest risk free? CPF no risk, investment have risk. The projected is very smooth may/may not have 6% in 30 yrs. with 4% gurantee, then use cash to invest something on 2% thingy. Of course this is a conservative approach.
