27yo investing money I won’t be needing in the next 5 to 10 years. What risk index would you recommend for StashAway?

Planning 5-10k lump sum and monthly DCA of 1500. I know it differs according to risk appetite but i want to hear your recommendations or how you guys arrived at the value for your own investments. The app recommended 12% for me.

Go with 36%. You're young and have a long investment horizon, meaning you can afford to take on higher volatility for potentially higher returns.

For money that you will need in the next 5-10 years, set up a separate investment goal for it and calculate how much you will have to invest to achieve that sum by the end of the 5-10 year period. This way, you can leave your money for retirement in a StashAway SRI 36% portfolio untouched.

My portfolio is at 36% risk index because I’m a risk taker 😬😅
