I would like to do a Lumpsum Investment for 50-80k SGD - any advice on this please ; Aged 37 M ; I dont need this money for 3-5 years. Already invested in SPY/QQQ/VUG & Stashaway & SYFE RIETS

You might want to explore Anchor Protocol which gives around 19% apy. There are several tutorial videos that you could watch from our local YouTubers. I would recommend KelvinLearnsInvesting for a start.

Just allocate accordingly to what you holding?
