[Purchase Process] Got the Seedly Travel Ease for a short trip to JB. Overall the user journey was straightforward. Got 10 USD Airalo credits which I used to purchase an eSIM for my trip as well. Not sure about the claims process as I had no claims but overall I would repurchase and recommend to my friends!0

I got the policy for my Bali trip. I like that it includes coverage for COVID-19 and children. It gives a pretty overall coverage, covering most grounds so that I can just purchase it and not be worried about some of the things not being able to claim. I have yet to make any claims, but given that it is underwritten by HLAS, I hope it is ok if I ever need to claim.0

I bought Seedly Travel Insurance for my upcoming hiking trip to Mount Rinjani. I like that the insurance covers this and scuba diving. The price is not the cheapest but quite competitive, and it's backed by HLAS, which is quite reputable. Hopefully, I won't need to claim anything.0

While they immediately told me that my Flight Departed on Time, as I was on the plane it was not the case when my Flight was Delayed. More than 12 hours since my flight was delayed, they have yet to send any communications to me. It's supposed to be automatic so i'm not sure what to do if I don't get anything from them.2
What are your thoughts?Is it supposed to have dash in between the traveller name while signing up for the insurance as they dont recognize spacing in between. like to know any one of you faced this issue?

[Claims Process] Had rashes and bites, cough, etc after visting penang, the claim process was easy, but the money took quite awhile to credit in until I had to email them to chase before the money came in. Compared to NTUC, I would say NTUC submission of claims is easier for their website and the speed to receive money, NTUC is also faster. But it is cheap so I can't complain, would recommend this for small near short trips and easy claims, but not so for far and long trips to Europe and US where delays etc are more common1
