I have been dealing with this SingX for last 11 years starting from 2014 for my personal money transfers. I have got very good support and timeliness witout any issues. They match exe exchange rates and when it comes to fee for transfer they give discount depending on the amount we send. Very recent transaction was in Nov where i mentioned wrong account number but immediately they called me and i gave the correct numbe, the money credited in next 20min. Now we have opened our new compnay account ( business account) through Mr.Calvin -Singx's manager within short time we have got it opened up. I need to mention Mr.Calvin was the one introduced me to Singx in 2014 who met me at my Smoking Zone- Raffles and continued to have their support. Over all the Singx team is very good and easy to use thier app.0

Exchange Rates: The absolute best I have seen in SG. I'm not sure how the team is able to pull it off but long may it continue Hidden Charges: None. What you see on the screen is what you get Ease of Transfer: Super easy, Bank Details are given, all one has to do is define the destination account details and transfer to a local bank account. I transferred in the morning and received the funds in my overseas account within a few hours. User interface: Both the website and mobile app are very easy to use and intuitive. New features: The team routinely introduces new features including a recent option to recharge overseas prepaid numbers which I thought was quite innovative given the small amounts involved. All in all, strongly recommend the service for anyone.0

I found this remittance service on Google Ads on my gmail. Then i try to apply. Within the same day they engaged me with their agent. She helped me with the process and next day i am able to transfer money back to Malaysia d. Transfer is very easy to be done via their App and rate and fee are clearly stated. Please be aware dont transfer using manual way as they will have hard time to trace the transaction but their customer service really helps me to walkthrough it0

Their exchange rate is very competitive but they do not provide transfers. (what a pity) So can only use them for making purchases priced in foreign currencies. Much Much better rates than the local banks. Tried using the card to withdraw money overseas (before Covid19 "la') but it didnt work. [Exchange Rates]0

Among lot of Money Transfer Service Providers, choosing the best one is very difficult now a days. I am using SingX since it was first launched in Singapore & till now they have improved a lot in Money Transfer Services. The transaction charges are very minimal & also the conversion charges i could say best as compare to other providers. Overall, I am happy to use there services as it complies with my money transfer needs. I do refer my friends to use SinX for money transfer as well.0

Use SINGX at your own risk, rates shown super good BUT after Fees you've been ripped off? Previously sent 2k+ on my own account and did another balance of 3000 SGD left for first 2 time fee free transfer, was scammed on the 2nd order, Customer agent told me I did not enter the promo code, which I clearly DID and this trickery has happened to my wife's transaction. 2256hrs 13/6/2024 Assisted wife to do a transaction of 3000 SGD to MYR. Brand new account prompted 2x fee free limited to 3000 SGD. Promo Code "WELCOME3K" When made the order it shows successfully entered promo code and fee turned to $0 on the summary page, when goes on to the next page, it ask for payment via PayNow QR Code So she did and payment amount showed 3016.5 instead of 3000 SGD promised with promo code promised. So instead of proceeding, she did a manual UEN Paynow transfer to them and entered the transaction Number shown with 3000 SGD only. But on the Activities -> Remittance page it shows Total amount 3016.5 and amount 3000 assuming the promo code wasn't applied, fees were implied on order. Will call SingX tomorrow "14/6/2024" when it's open to resolve and update this review. Update 2258 14/6/2024 Wife called SingX in the morning 0902 sharp when they open, explained to Customer agent, he did mentioned there was no promo code being applied etc, Then my wife said "stated clearly on summary page promo code fee was $0, then add on your system never apply until right?" Customer agent replied "no miss, I will ask the technical team to add promo code in for you" All seems well and good but no, it took them almost 2-3 hours to apply the promo code, followed by 3 times of chatting with their customer agent via live chat, during 1st chat was asking about the promo code technical team stuff, 2nd and 3rd time was asking when will the funds be sent to receiver account? was told "Standard processing time" which stated clearly on singx website if before 5pm same day delivery, unfortunately funds is still showing processing on 2258 hrs. With my wife's experience shared proceed with caution and at your own risk, website UI is super bad, when making orders they will not allow you to enter promo code until the end of the page, if you want to top up to their singx wallet PLEASE do not do so, if you entered promo code it will still show the fee on the page and to proceed you need amount + fee on singx wallet before proceeding then on last page when you enter promo code, it will deduct the amount without fee BUT your funds on singx wallet will not be withdrawable unless you pay their processing fee. Just proceed with the bank transfer option, enter your sender details etc. then apply promo code. Update 18/6/2024 2241hrs Still have NOT received my funds Sat Sun no open, and Monday PH it's fine but Tuesday damn full working day, never receive the funds will check in with them on 19/6/2024 when they open. Very bad experience, If i could give -5 star I would.0
