      Liberty PetCare Standard Plan

My dog was enrolled under Liberty PetCare since my dog is 5 months old. He is a healthy with no pre-existing condition. We decided to go with Liberty PetCare because of its cheap premium and the 4 stars good review given in Seedly. We are a repeat buyer of Liberty insurance Today after 2 years, unfortunately my dog had a cut accidental wound on its cheek and we wanted to make a claim on its medical fee. After letting me wait for almost 2 months, Liberty insist that it is due to PRE-EXISTING CONDITION and my medical claim was rejected. As a pawrent, of course I am frustrated and I will be cancelling all my policies with Liberty. As a consumer, if seedly allows to give 0 star, I would have given 0 star. Please avoid this insurer at all cost.
