- 1st renewal: 5%

- 4th & subsequent renewal: 15%
In the event of a claim made, the NCD will be reduced to zero at the following renewal. If there are more than 1 pet insured, the NCD shall be applied on each pet separately.

AON Happy Tails Furry
Do not use this company. I paid out over $1,600 for my 2 dogs over 3 months ago and did not received anything to confirm that they were covered. I have been in touch with them many times but they haven’t got a clue what they are doing. It’s an absolute disgrace! And shame on Aon for the lack of service. I have told them to cancel the policies and refund my credit card but have received a cheque for one of canceled policies. God knows, how they would respond to paying for a claim!!!1
