I used to buy Maid insurance through maid agencies but I now no longer. Buying from Etiqa/ Tiq directly online makes sense as I have good experience buying their travel insurance so far. I proceeded to buy their Maid insurance too. I did a claim recently for the Maid insurance and the customer hotline was helpful.
