  I recently took an investing course with SGX Academy and I have to say, it was an excellent experience. The course material was well-organized and presented in an easy-to-understand format, even for someone like me who had no prior experience with investing. The instructor was very knowledgeable and engaging, and they did an excellent job of explaining complex investing concepts in simple terms. They also provided a lot of real-world examples and case studies that helped me understand how to apply what I learned in the course to my own investment portfolio. The course covered a wide range of topics, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments. I appreciated that they also included a section on risk management, which is often overlooked in other investing courses I've taken in the past. The course was also very interactive, with lots of opportunities for hands-on learning and group discussions. I found that this helped me retain the information better and made the learning experience more enjoyable overall. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their investing knowledge and skills. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience already, this course is sure to provide valuable insights and practical tips to help you achieve your investment goals. Best of all most of the content are FOC.

  SGX offers informative seminars/webinars catered for all, be it investor or trader, beginner or advanced. Best of all, many are free. [Engagement] Instructors for all 4 webinars I attended were very engaging. They asked questions to gauge the audience's knowledge and explained terms based on our level of exp. There is also a Q&A at the end which I found very useful. Pidgeonhole makes it easy to upvote questions. [Beginner] I attended Basics of Investing which I would highly recommend to newbies starting their first foray into investing. The instructor introduced basic investing instruments such as blue chips, REITs in a manner that was extremely digestible. Given that it is for beginners, it may be too simple for investors with some exp. [Intermediate] There's also a good variety of free intermediate webinars ranging from TA to leveraged investment instruments. Even if you don't use or believe in using TA or leveraged instruments, I think it's a good way to understand some of the terminology being thrown around or to form your own thoughts on such indicators/instruments. [Advanced] Have yet to attend one.

  SGX Academy recently organised a series of online programmes and I have attended the programme for beginners. I find it informative and useful as I learnt to use features such as "Stock Sreener" and "Research" from SGX website.

  There is a good range of seminars/courses at a variety of price ranges for beginners, intermediate or advanced investors. I have been to a number of beginner seminars that are completely free, and found them to be very good, with no hard selling at all (unless indicated as 'previews' of paid courses - which are then obviously selling something, but not aggressively or pushy either). Only thing to bear in mind is that the sponsor/trainer being SGX, they would have the interests of SGX underpinning the material shared. Nothing wrong about it, just something to be aware of.
