      • Free coverage for your child in the event of cancer. Children of the insured (under 18 years old) can get 15% of the original sum assured capped at $25,000 should he/she be diagnosed with any Advanced Stage Cancer. This benefit is good for those whom are concerned about inherited genetic mutations that can be cancerous.
      • Additionally, AXA Cancer ReCover also has a Death and Terminal Illness Benefit that pays out 15% of the sum assured.

      Exclusions for Cancer Insurance

      • Any pre-existing conditions that are related to cancer will not be covered.
      • CancerPlus does not cover any cancer (Early, Intermediate or Major), if the diagnosis of the cancer or treatment of cancer was made within 90 days from the date of the policy or the date of reinstatement of the policy.
      • Additionally, any cancer caused by drug or alcohol abuse will also be excluded.

      Eligibility: Who can apply for AXA Cancer ReCover

      • Age of entry for Life Assured: 5 to 65 years old
      • Age of entry for policyholder: 18 to 99 years old
      • Maximum Coverage Age: 70 years old
      • The applicant's previous cancer can be of Carcinoma-in-situ (CIS) or Stages 1 to 3, except for brain cancer.
      • The applicant has to be in remission for at least 3 years.
      • The applicant has only 1 previous cancer.
