[Hidden Terms] Chosen FWD Big 3 since it was an affordable plan for now and also recommended to my friends but need not receive the referral fees. For referral fees, there are many clauses, such as your own policy needs to be a certain amount to earn a referral fee, where is not stated upfront. Your referral cannot use other promotion code. Would think twice in considering any new policies with FWD, will look more into FWD Big 3, where there may more exclusions rather then the effortless and easy policy that it is projected.0

Exclusions for Cancer Insurance
- The cancer insurance policy does not cover any cancer (Early, Intermediate or Major), if the diagnosis of cancer or treatment of cancer was made within 90 days from the date of the policy or the date of reinstatement of the policy.
- Any pre-existing conditions that are related to cancer will not be covered.
- Additionally, any cancer caused by drug or alcohol abuse will also be excluded.

- Sign and submit the consent letter for Mediguide to gather medical records
- Choose 1 of the 3 medical centers to review your medical records
- Await your written review within 10 business days
- Tele or Video Conference to discuss your written second opinion medical review
Eligibility: Who can buy FWD Cancer Insurance?
If you’re are between 18 and 65 years old (both inclusive) and a resident of Singapore holding an NRIC or FIN, you can buy our Cancer Insurance so long as your application is approved based on your health condition.
