You will get cash back if you use your Singtel bill to top up your dash account...

meaning that this amount you top up will be reflected in your Singtel bill. do not the maximum monthly amount for top ups this way is $200.

Most credit cards (if not all) exclude TOP up of prepaid wallets from giving rewards! Best way to maximise cashback is to follow their deal page which usually have new promo quite frequently!
