Will I be refunded a portion of my premium for a new timeline for ISP starting April 2021?
Bought in 2019. Plan starts Feb every year. Rec’d premium letter today. Premium is same as in 2020. Will the insurer refund me a portion of the premium since I will be on the “new plan” starting in April 2021???

In general, if you are not changing your plan, then there's typically no refund once you paid the premium and a whole year has passed.
