Why not extract expense information from SMS alerts for tracking on the Seedly app?

I know in China many apps can do this, it can be very accurate as long as the user had turned on SMS notification for all transactions, which is possible in Singapore.

Hey friend! This was something which we considered as well.. however in theory it does sound like a pretty reasonable way to pull transaction data.

But on a more practical front, it can be complex and also, quite sensitive across devices (eg this may work on Android OS but not iOS)
