Why does it seems like the older you get, the more lost you're in terms of new technology. Like figuring our how to film a tiktok video, like how options work and many other complicated stuff?

Compared to when you're younger it seems so much easier and picking up new things seems easier. I'm only 30, but feel like i'm lagging behind those days when fb just come in and smartphone just came in and i can adapt it so quickly.

But now it seems like, can never chase finish and can never fully comprehend and understand so quickly and swiftly.

Am I feeling this alone ? lol....
