Why can't I buy warrants in my DBS Vickers account?

Hi I tried to buy a warrant (Ticker : 9SDW) but I kept getting this error message

Message: An invalid product line code was encountered Please try again later or contact our Investment Service Centre.

Singapore - (65) 6327 2288
Hong Kong - (852) 2902 3888
Thailand - (66) 2857 7928
Code: IN103

Anyone knows why?
