The one with the lowest cost. But having said that. REITs ETFs are subject to withholding tax which reduces distributable income by 17 percent. I advise doing research if u plan to put in alot of money into a few good REITs

In my opinion, ETFs may not be the most tax friendly vehicle compared to buying Reits individually and building a mini portfolio

I own individual REITs and recently came across the Syfe REIT ETF which consists of some REITs that I do not have. Should I put funds into the ETF or buy the individual REITs?

If I am new to REITS, buying multiple individual REITS or buying 1 REIT ETF is better? Or just focus on 1 REIT?

Does buying and selling ETFs work similar to stock, ie buy low sell high? What are the indicators to consider when choosing ETF? Expense ratio? Any indication when to exit or when it fails?

Considering how there is a lower footfall in malls due to COVID-19, is now a bad time to buy REITs? When would be a good time to buy REITs in this gloomy economic outlook?
