When will singlife interest be added into the account?

I have created my account on 25th of June. The interest isn't credited on 1 July. Can anyone explain to me how and when would the interest be credited?

I have 10k in my singlife account. Do I need to withdraw the interest earned after it’s credited into the account as amount above 10k will not be getting the 2.5% interest?
