      You can afford a car when you spend that much^ and more (maintainence, servicing, COE, interst cost from loan) every 10 years. DollarsandSense has done a breakdown of the cost of owning a Toyota Altis: https://dollarsandsense.sg/2018-edition-cost-owning-car-singapore-10-years/. A $90,130 car would cost $163,950, that's about 82% more than cost of the car!
