what types and what are the fees involved with selling a condo that was bought a couple of decades ago? ?

and also what hidden charges to look out for? or any tips..

don't dare to ask fellow property agents friends sharks lurking

if you can sell a property and insurance - you probably can sell anything :)

may not maximize exposure to target the right buyers and maximize the selling price at a target time frame.

unless you have years for you to market to test the market at high price. Usually agents also not keen to take this kind of listings.
