What's your top 3 fav REITs in sing and still fairly priced. If u only have 50k how would u split between the 3 REITs?

I just joined seedly so pardon me if I repeat qns. How would you allocate and split your budget between the 3 REITs? Pros and Cons of different strategies?

Totally agreed with Chen. good reits are not exactly attractive right now. but if there is no crash from now till eternity, it will remain over valued. i will also use <10% and slowly accumulate the bigger names.

The yield currently is not really attractive IMO. I would jus use abt 10% of warchest jus to curb my "itchy hand".. Will probably sit on e sideline for nw...

If I have 5k spare to invest into a specific sector REIT, would it makes more sense to put all 5k into one or split it into 2 REITs (same sector)? Assuming both REITs similar performance&dividend
