The cai png opp my office is only $2.70 for beehoon + luncheon meat + cabbage.

I would advise on getting luncheon meat for lunch! Too much sodium and in the long run not healthy for you. Choose tofu, lean meats and add ask for less gravy. Choose variety of veg and wholegrain like brown rice.

People think that saving money here and there is great but if they don't take care of their health and fuel up well, money saved end up getting channeled into the hospital fees.

I think those nasi lemak at MRT places or the economic fried bee hoon is quite filling. $1 per packet of fried beehoon, maybe add one ngo hiang, quite filling and flavourful le!

I think the Nasi lemak probably $2 or $2.50, can choose set A or set B, and depending on the location but they always give a lot of rice, so really filling.
