What's the easiest way to change my bank for CDP’s Direct Crediting Service, and how long does it take?

You can do so via the following link, logging in via your onekey token:

The following banks are eligible for DCS:

1. Citibank Singapore Limited

2. DBS/POSB

3. HSBC

4. Maybank

5. OCBC

6. Standard Chartered Bank

7. UOB

Alternatively, you can fill the following form and send it back to your broker: https://api2.sgx.com/sites/default/files/2019-0...

It takes about two weeks to update, if successful.

You can do it on the CDP account itself. It is limited to certain banks only. Its shown on the webpage.
