What's the best home loan refinancing plan for a HDB with an outstanding amount of $266k?
I am now having SCB home loan with floating rate and am considering of refinancing it. I am not sure if I should wait a bit more for a local bank to adjust the interest rates, since the Fed has announced a rate cut of 25 bp.
