Amex True Cash Back is a must at 3% on first 5k and unlimited of 1.5%. U will also fulfil the first month criteria and get capitalmall vouchers as well. If can split, 2.8k on hsbc and the remaining with this.

I received cash rebates from spending on my OCBC credit card. Does it offset the next bill like cash back or store in my card until I decide to use it? If so, where do I see the total rebates in app?
