What’s the average time for shopback cash back tracking?

Hi SJ, from my experience, Shopback GO is relatively quick (<1 week or even immediate in some instances) while Shopback for online purchases can take up to 3 months.

It is nice that all your transactions are listed by recency, and the status is shown per transaction. So if your current Oct transation is still pending while those before Sep and after Nov have already been approved, there could be some glitch which you could raise with the Shopback team.

Hey Sj, if you're referring to Shopback GO, then it's usually redeemable within a week. For the normal Shopback for online purchases, it depends on the merchant. You can find the information when you click on the Merchant, it'll usually state how many days it'll be "Tracked In" and "Redeemable In", some 90 days, some 120 days.

If it's Past the "Available by" date and still Pending, do reach out to their support team to get them to check. They're very responsive and will get it sorted out pretty quickly.
