What is the WHT for MLP stocks for Singaporeans?

1) What is the WHT?
2) Do I need to personally file the tax form or is this done by the brokerage?
Tried to find this information online but sadly couldn't find any. Thanks

Was curious what MLP was and found the below. Once I saw the mention of CPA exam and the rest of intricaticies of the US tax code, running away as fast as possible :)
