What is the possibility of downgrading a hospitalization insurance (IP plan) from coverage of private/class A to class B?

Basically 100% possibility its yes. Why would you though? It's not a 100% for upgrading.

Shouldn't have any issues if you're still healthy. Insurers are more than happy for you to downgrade.
