What is the min salary (eg non-grad below median) one needs to earn to attend 0.5M per pax? Even with $7k/annum to RSTU, is 0.5M65 per pax attainable? (single who will use OA to buy a 2rm BTO at 35)?

To ask how can people below median income attain 0.5M65 per pax, especially for non-grad, even with annual RSTU. What is the minimum salary to be practical to attain 0.5M65 per pax.

Using a calculator, to achieve $500k in 30years time, one will require to save $720 every month while getting 4% return on the money. You can just work backwards to add expenses needed monthly to come up with a ballpark figure.
