What is the cheapest way to buy IWDA in Sg using DCA method? Is Vanguard total world stock index ETF (FSMOne) equivalent to IWDA?

The cheapest way would be to create an Interactive Broker account because it has 0 monthly charges when you have at least $100,000 in it. If you do not have that amount, standard chartered would work fine as well.
