Hi, I'm a foreigner (from India) working in Singapore. Is it possible to buy vanguard total world stock ETF from here?

I checked Vanguard's website but it seems only people living in US can invest in the products.

Depends on if you are able to open a local brokerage account. if not, then you'll have to open brokerage in india then invest through there.
