AMA Workforce Singapore
National Service (NS)

Have researched quite a bit into dropshipping and have been pumping my current NSF allowance into stocks but am looking for something sustainable to carry me through uni.
I'm currently in uni and every sem, I'll try to get a part-time job in school to supplement my allowance. (For convenience as well) The jobs that I normally try to look out for are ones that I can learn a new skill from or put on my resume. Pay is important but the skills /relationships you obtained from it would be so much more valuable!
If you are still in NS, I would recommend you to just take it easy for now. The real grind starts once you ORD.
I think giving tuition has always been a good side hustle even in today's climate, especially for students who are still studying but trying to earn a side income.
Also, since you're still studying, consider taking a part time internship! You get to learn more skills related to the industry that school doesn't teach you, and you get exposure to the different industries/departments available.
You can read up more about side hustles here: https://blog.seedly.sg/side-hustles-work-from-home/ and https://blog.seedly.sg/for-the-broke-af-students-here-are-5-ways-to-earn-a-side-income/
Hope this helps!
Dropshipping is not as easy as youtube advertised. "No skill needed. $$$ earn million in few month." Tat is a fantasy. Is not tat straight forward.
In my time giving tuition is the best. But this era, i think grabfood is the best side hustle, just need a bicycle.
In today’s economic climate where securing a job for some may take longer than usual, we’re encouraged to consider pursuing side hustles that not only keeps us productively occupied while earning some basic income, it also enables us to acquire valuable exposure to networks and resources that may help to support our ongoing job search efforts. Before joining any side hustle, research more into the details to determine how your participation will help to complement your job search journey because every experience gained should ideally be able to value-add to your own eventual career goal since you’re investing time and effort in pursuing the side hustles. A good side hustle is very much dependent on one’s career profile, job aspiration and work-life interest so explore the side hustles that are available in the market to ascertain how the experience is able to continuously support your ongoing job search efforts.
