Based on what happened to Smartly, I believe that Stashaway will first notify MAS then liquidate your holdings and you'll receive the proceeds in your bank account thereafter.
Stashaway recently completed their Series B fundraising round of US$12M in Jul 2019 for product development and expansion into the APAC region. Moreover, they've been through a few market corrections since then and have also outperformed respective indexes. I would say the probability of Stashaway closing down is fairly low.
