What happens if the amount I used to pay for GRAB food was reflected back immediately but did not appear in MCO?

The amount i used to pay for GRAB food is deducted and suddenly, the GRAB merchant cancelled my order. The amount was reflected back but did not appear in MCO.

Hi there,

When you make an order on grabfood and you pay with your MCO Visa Card (or any other card for that matter), the amount will be put on hold. The final amount charged should be reflected in your MCO Visa Card wallet when the order is complete.
