Most insurance seem the same to me so I have never really looked into the details of things like this but I have this policy because I am a loyal AMEX user.

Main things you should look at would be that there is up to $2mil coverage for overseas medical and accidental dental expenses, up to $5k coverage for loss of personal money and travel documents as well as 5k coverage for fraudulent use of credit card. Get up to $50k for medical expenses after your trip and up to $20k for cancellation of travel plans.
For simpler things that tend to happen on overseas trips, there are also good coverage for them. Get up to $2.4k coverage for baggage delay, up to $8k for loss of personal property or baggage. If you face a loss of requent flyer points, you can claim up to $20k for it. There are quite high amounts of coverage for this plan so I would say it is something worth considering
