Tengah looks good but bear in mind that the Jurong Region Line Stage 1 will only start operating in 2026. JE MRT station is also very crowded during peak hours. How do people deal with the morning crowd at JE anyway!

What do you guys think about HDB BTO Nov 2020 launch?

Nov BTO launch should be soon! Am considering between Toa Payoh and Bishan seeing that both are fairly central, which do you think the competition might be less stiff for?

Any thoughts on the August 2018 HDB Sales Launch? BTO or Re-Offer of Balance Flats (ROF)?

I graduated in May 2018 and my boyfriend just completed his NS this year in Feb 2019. We want to apply for this month's BTO launch, will we still be eligible for income deferment?
