I don't take grab, but i've been accumulating points through Grabpay & Favepay.
I’ve been a very active user of Grab, GrabPay and FavePay. I’ve calculated and it seems that Grab Vouchers has the most ROI.
I calculated the following
1) $25 Grab Voucher = 8800 pts
Have to spend $880. Means 2.84% rebate
2) $20 Grab Voucher = 7100 pts
Have to spend $710. Means 2.82% rebate
3) $15 Grab Voucher = 5400 pts
Have to spend $540. Means 2.78% rebate
4) $10 Grab Voucher = 3600 pts
Have to spend $360. Means 2.78% rebate
5) $5 Grab Voucher = 1900 pts
Have to spend $190. Means 2.63% rebate
Based on $1 spent = you receive 10 Grab points
I don't use Grab. I don't take taxis or PHV in general, only Bus and MRT and Walking (BMW, so they say). I eat simply and don't order delivery via Grabfood.
But Fave, yes. In theory quadruple dipping at Capitalmall is possible, earning Grabpoints, Fave cashback, Credit Card miles, and finally, scanning your receipt for Capitalstar points, stacking with the 50% extra $Stars from linking a passion card to your account. For me, I don't get the Grabpoints since I chose not to enter the Grab ecosystem, but paying $25 for a few LJS meals sharing amongst the family is a decent triple dip in my opinion.

I mainly use my grabpoints to redeem discounts on my grabfood orders or grab rides. However, this is not necessarily the best use of grabpoints, and their rewards scheme has slowly been getting better, so maybe you'd want to keep those points and wait till something really good is worth redeeming!
I used points to exchange for Capita voucher. 1900 pts = $5 voucher ~ 2.63% rebate
Personally, I would not buy the discount Grab vouchers because I have other ways to get those discount elsewhere and still earns the points from buying it (if you have GrabPay Mastercard)
I use Grab points mainly to redeem vouchers for my Grab rides. I find it the most value for exchange compared to the other deals offered.
However, sometimes they do have good special deals! I will exchange for those as well!
I've been accumulating my points, waiting for offer on miles. Previously they had 160 krisflyer miles for half the usual points, and I didn't take advantage of it:(
I haven't been grabbing much, but I use favepay where possible.
The grabpay topup with UOB was good accumulating privi miles previously
I'll use my grab points on grab vouchers. useful to offset my transport costs when needed.
I would save the grab points for discounted/promotional rewards.
For example StashAway has $5 off for 1200 points.
This works out to be 4.17% of rebates. (using 10 points earned per dollar)
The same rate works out for Pezzo, Love Bonito etc.
I am sure most in the miles camp claimed the 50% KrisFlyer promo in June.
which lets you claim 700 Grab points to 160 Miles (750 for Silver/Gold)
2.28 MPD, on top of the miles/cashback you earned for the topup.
If you rarely take grab, these are the options that are more worthwhile IMO.
I have been using Grab points to offset my purchases for the Cathay movie tickets.
So I can get a $10 weekend movie at only $5 (after redeeming 5000 points)
Not bad! Bought 6 tickets like that in the last 2 months.
In the same situation too. Hardly take grab, most of the points come from linking grabpay to favepay and paying using favepay.
In some case if I am rushing, or feeling a bit lazy to travel 😬I will use my grab points to redeem grab voucher if there is enough grab points.
I will use Grab Rewards to offset my travel fare ($15 for 6000 points it's the most worthwhile) and grab sometimes has promo,I.e. a 10% off points to exchange.
I use it to offset grab rides that are $15 or $20. I think that’s the best use for me.
It depends on individual lifestyle and needs.
For me, I use it to offset expenses (lazy user) or to exchange for CapitaVoucher.
