What can I do if there are only resale flats left for my upcoming HDB appointment for sales of balance flats and I do not want to choose them?
I have an upcoming HDB appointment for sales of balance flats.
I have a few questions:
1) Can i avoid accumulating a one time unselected chance??
2) is there anyway whereby I can regain back the wasted chance??
3) Do I need to inform HDB that I do not want to attend the appointment since there are only resale flats left??

Unfortunately I don't think there's anything you can do other than to reject and loose your chance.
When you apply for sbf, you are also applying for the units that have been sold back to hdb.
If you're not married yet, you can maybe try to say that you won't be able to ROM within 6 months of getting the keys but I don't think that will help much.
