What are your thoughts of my Share Builder portfolio of Keppel Corp, DBS, UOB, Suntec REIT, STI ETF, MapleTree Ind Trust?

Sharebuilder portfolio - KEPPEL CORP, DBS, UOB, SUNTEC REIT, STI ETF, MAPLETREE IND TRUST. Total market value of my shares is $46,415. 2018 dividend is $1588 after 1% dividend &GST charged. Monthly investment as for now is $1000. Total money invested from 2015 to now is about $41,200 not inclusive of reinvested dividend from all these years. Your thoughts?

Your portfolio is heavily dependent on financials and reit. Not sure the bought price of your stocks, but beware of the blue chips becoming brusied chips as they become overvalued. STI ETF is also largely finance based consisting of OCBC/DBS/UOB, since you have already bough those stocks why go into the STI ETF? The problem of most cap-weighted ETF is that you will be overweighing overvalued stocks and underweighing undervalued stocks. Maybe consider going into consumer sector.
