What are the perks of the AMEX Krisflyer Ascend Card?
Is the annual fee on this AMEX KrisFlyer Ascend card worth paying for? Do the perks of this card outweigh the cons?

My personal opinion is that it is not worth paying the annual fee for the AMEX KrisFlyer Ascend card or for any other credit cards. I would rather cancel the card than to pay for the annual fees.

That would depend on how you value the annual fees.
I will always seek to waive all fees that do not give me any benefits. If the banks do not agree, I will terminate the card.
I will pay the annual fees if I can get something out of it, even if I do not use the card at all. For example, 10k miles for paying annual fee of $192.60. It is like buying the miles.
For Amex Krisflyer Ascend, I believe the unique benefits is the complimentary lounge and one night hotel stay. Does the value of benefits exceed the fee of $337.05. I would say yes if you travel and stay at Hilton hotel frequently. If not, the fees actually outweighs the benefits and I recommend not to pay.
