Based on my gut feel,

  1. Tiles (including labour)
  2. Carpentry (especially if you have a lot, kitchen is no choice?)
  3. Hacking
  4. Masonry (use cement to make kerb / make good wall after hack)

False ceiling may be about $2k
Electrical may be about $4k for a 4 room
Hacking may cost more for resale if you have a lot to hack away.

Actually I feel the qanvast calculator for Reno is a good gauge!

The most expensive part are usually any procedures that involves hacking, which usually takes a huge chunk of your renovation cost.

secondly i guess is tiles work!

thirdly would probably be carpentry work, things like built in wardrobe or false ceiling can be a significant cost as well.

least expensive would probably be painting work if any. :)
