What are the fees for Standard Chartered Trading Account? How does the securities settlement account work? Do I need to prefund it and any minimum balance required?

I intend to buy securites listed on LSE (IWDA and EIMI). Apart from the $10 usd brokerage fees and etf expense ratios, what other fees are imposed? Also, do I need to fund the securities account first and then purchase the shares? Lastly, is there a minimum number of shares or can I just buy 1 for example?

Trading fee is 0.20% for SGX and 0.25% for other markets, lower for priority members
$0 custody fees
SGX: SGX Clearing Fee of 0.0325% and SGX Trading Access Fee of 0.0075%
