Firstly, you can identify which specific areas you want to specialize in and then, find the bare minimum skillset you'll need to get to the front door of the interview room. Having a few projects under your belt also helps. This I believe would be the most efficient pathway. All you need to do now is spend at least an hour per night to develop it.
