What are some of the top Food Caterers in Singapore? Also do Caterers earn a lot of money? If yes, how?

What are the best Caterers in Singapore? Am looking in terms of food quality, presentation, cost (of course), and price per pax ratio. Also is catering a very lucrative business? What are some barriers to entry?
