What are some good investing or personal finance books to read that is based on SG's context?

I'm new to the investing and personal finance scene so I'm looking out for materials to help me. Anybody have any good books to recommend that are more localised?

I think books by Lorna Tan will be a good start as she was a former Invest Editor for the Sunday Times. She now works for DBS - she posts articles occasionally. You can check if you like her writing style: https://www.dbs.com.sg/personal/nav/planning-fo...

My friend gave me this book "What Your School Never Taught You About Money" by Dennis Ng. It was published in 2011, so certain pieces of information are dated. But being alien to the concept of investing, I found his columns very accessible and easy to understand.

Rich by Retirement: How Singaporeans Can Invest Smart and Retire Wealthy by Joshua Giersch. Practical and easy to follow strategy that should work well for the average investor.
