To choose best REIT's for investment you should these question to yourself before investing single penny.

How much dividend they are sharing?
Check their dividend history for past 5 years.
What are the future plans of companies? and if it is possible to search out their investment area or location. Please review it for good returns.
Keep investing in a REIT untill fundamental about REIT do not change.

Beginner Portfolio using RSP: S$100/month each in STI ETF, REIT ETF, ABF Bond ETF) using DBS and S$200/month in Stashaway (12% risk, for global exposure). Is it advisable?
