This is regarding the video by Sam from Endowus. I want to ask opinions on financial planning/insurance/investment/CPF. What are your thoughts about "malpractice", "fiduciary duty" and "license representative"?

In Sam's video, he compared financial advisers with doctors and lawyers. Whereas if a doctor misdiagnoses, one, he/she can sue the doctor. If a financial adviser mis-sells, what avenue does the public have to right the wrong?

Sam also welcomes visitors to the office. When the Covid-19 situation is over, will Endowus welcome us to talk about finance? Particularly, I want to ask opinions on financial planning/insurance/investment/CPF.

The public should approach MAS if they feel that they are missold something. MAS regulates and controls the licensing of Financial Advisory firms, as well as each financial advisors license. Going to the authorities is the best.
