Life Alchemist at School of Hard Knocks
Here's the latest update, based on their annual report. Written by a unitholder:

What I don't like about EC World REIT is the low interest cover ratio (3.7x; FY2019), which went down from 4.4x (FY2018). Although it's higher than MAS' ICR 2.5x requirement, 3.7x is still a bit risky in this challenging business environment.
Yet I'm a unitholder of EC World REIT. LOL. Oh well.

I had some shares in this. Attended a shareholders session with their CEO. Then I decided to sell off all positions in this REIT. I do not have a high level of confidence in this managment. That's just my personal opnion.
