Hi anon, taking a cursory look at its 2019 financial results, it seems to have done a great job.
Its gearing ratio is also low at around 28% while portfolio occupancy is strong at 96% (as of end-2019).

Is sasseur REITs a good time to buy in 2020 given the Wuhan virus that caused them to pull out from China?
Prospective strategy should be longterm and independent of market swings, however if there is a large correction and you happen to be affluent of cash, you have a good entry point. sasseur is interesting but maybe high dividend yield/high expectations could be associated with higher risk (for capital depreciation). maybe better to stick to the 'boring' S-REIT ETFs?
